WHAT IS AN HOL?

Handgun Qualification License

Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) is required to purchase, rent, or receive a handgun in the state of Maryland. Our course provides the knowledge and hands-on training you need to meet state requirements and become a responsible gun owner.
